Thank you so much for visiting and for celebrating this milestone with me 🤍
This page is my official graduation hub, created to share key details, updates, and reflections as we approach this special moment. At this time, the Law School Hooding Ceremony is confirmed for May 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM. I will not be attending the university-wide commencement ceremony. Instead, I will be celebrating my graduation party on the afternoon of May 8, 2026. Additional details — including event timing, hotel recommendations, and any group discounts — are currently being finalized. For the most up-to-date information, including real-time updates and reminders, please refer to the RSVP link below. As new details become available, I will update both this site and the RSVP page as quickly as possible. I’m deeply grateful for your support, presence, and love throughout this journey — it truly means more than words can express. |

I’d love to share a bit about the significance of the hooding ceremony, especially for those who may be attending a law school graduation for the first time.
Law School Hooding Ceremony: Law School Hooding Ceremony Date: May 7, 2026 Time: 6:00 PM Location: Health & Physical Education Arena @ TSU 3000 Wheeler Ave, Houston, TX 77004 The Hooding Ceremony is a law-school-specific tradition and holds deep personal and professional significance. During this ceremony, graduates are individually recognized and formally hooded, symbolizing the completion of legal training and the transition into the legal profession. Guests are warmly encouraged to wear white in celebration — a subtle “Whyte” touch in honor of this moment. |
I will be sharing recommended hotels and nearby stays soon.
I am also actively exploring the possibility of group or discounted rates and will update this section as soon as that information is available. Please check back here — for the latest details. Travel Information:
Houston is served by two major airports:
That said, IAH also works well, especially depending on flight availability and pricing. I live approximately 10 minutes from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, in the Texas Medical Center area, and HOU is the closer airport to this area. Additional travel and hotel recommendations will be shared as they become available. |

Hotels Information:
I’m currently working on securing group hotel blocks at a few different hotels and will share booking links as soon as those are finalized. For planning purposes:

✨ What’s Next
|
As graduation concludes, I will be moving immediately into full-time preparation for the July Bar Exam.
As the "first-gen" in my family to attend law school — this next chapter carries deep personal significance. Bar preparation is an intensive, structured process that often involves 10–12 hour study days, six days a week, over the course of several months. This season will require focus, discipline, and rest in equal measure. While I may be a bit quieter during this time, I am deeply grateful for every form of encouragement. Support can look like prayers, kind messages, voice notes, check-ins, groceries, meals, care packages, or words of affirmation — all of which truly make a difference during such a demanding period. Looking ahead, my professional interests include Intellectual Property law, particularly at the intersection of innovation, technology, and creative ownership. My long-term goal is to serve as a Judge, grounded in integrity, fairness, and service. I plan to continue building this next chapter here in Houston, a city that has shaped me and that I am proud to call home. For more Legally Mille, check out my law page. |

Several guests have kindly asked about a registry. I will be sharing those details soon.
Your presence, prayers, and continued encouragement mean more to me than I can express. |
If you’re unable to celebrate with me in Houston, please know that your support is still deeply felt 🤍
Depending on bar exam timing and recovery, I may plan a small, informal celebrational trip, after the July Bar Exam. Details will be shared once plans are confirmed. Please feel free to check back here or via the RSVP page for updates. |
